Mondaro voluntarily grants its customers a right of return of 14 days from receipt of the order (Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases).
The product must be in its original condition, unused and complete.
Send a request with your order number to contact@mondaro.ch.
You will receive the return instructions.
The refund is made within 10 working days after receipt and inspection of the parcel, as a gift card.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
For reasons of hygiene and food safety, opened cosmetic and hair products, masks, as well as pans and kitchen utensils cannot be returned.
Mondaro accepts no liability for loss or damage during return transport (Art. 74 et seq. CO).
If the item received has a manufacturing defect, the customer is entitled to a replacement.
After checking the defect (photos or return of the product if necessary), Mondaro sends a replacement item free of charge or offers an equivalent solution in accordance with Art. 197 et seq. CO (warranty for defects).
