Refund policy

Article 1 – Right of Return

The customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of their order to return products.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and complete.

Article 2 – Return Procedure

1. Send a return request to contact@mondaro.ch and include your order number.
2. Wait for the return instructions.
3. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 10 business days in the form of a gift card.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 3 – Exceptions

For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened cosmetic products, haircare products, masks, as well as frying pans and kitchen utensils, cannot be returned.

Article 4 – Liability

Mondaro shall not be held liable for any loss or damage occurring during the return shipment process.

Article 5 – Defective Products

If the item received has a manufacturing defect, the customer is entitled to a replacement.

After verification of the defect (through photographs or return of the product if necessary), Mondaro will send a replacement item free of charge or offer an equivalent solution in accordance with applicable warranty provisions relating to defective products.
